Residents of Covington, Kentucky have a new-found advocate for sending requests to the city in a streamlined and efficient manner. iWorQ Systems applications allow for citizens to easily report different issues from the comfort of their home, at any time day or night, and Covington found it to be an excellent fit for their needs.
