Creating Work Orders

iWorQ Fleet Management tracks maintenance performed on equipment or vehicles with our helpful work orders tracking tool. Users track work completed, maintenance type, vehicle mileage, and hours. After the work order has been created the user tracks parts, mechanics, and purchase orders used to complete the work order.

Parts and Inventory

iWorQ Fleet Management has the easiest and most accurate feature for keeping track of parts and inventory. Users have the ability to track the number of parts on hand and set up notifications for a limited quantity. In addition, this application allows the user to assign parts to each vehicle, which makes for easier preventative maintenance.

Scheduling Maintenance

iWorQ Fleet Management assists in scheduling a time to do maintenance, whether it is done by date, mileage or hours. Users can pull up a schedule to see which vehicles are due for maintenance and our system prioritizes the list automatically.

Fuel Usage

Users have the ability to track each vehicles fuel usage, which updates the mileage to be accurate with scheduled maintenance. This application also allows the user to report on fuel used by vehicles.

Management Reports

This easy-to-use reporting tool allows the user to run standard reports by vehicle, work completed, fuel used, date, status, and more. The standard summary report will summarize each category into a readable and printable format. The custom reporting tool allows the user to build a detailed report with any information in seconds.

Trip Inspection Fields -(Add-on)

Easily generate inspection forms with employee information and equipment to check pre-loaded in. You can customize inspection checklists for specific vehicles in your agency. Trip Inspections connect to the vehicle ID in iWorQ's Fleet Management Software, allowing you to easily track your maintenance log history and activity within each vehicle.
