Residents of Covington, Kentucky have a new-found advocate for sending requests to the city in a streamlined and efficient manner. iWorQ Systems applications allow for citizens to easily report different issues from the comfort of their home, at any time day or night, and Covington found it to be an excellent fit for their needs.
These capabilities were recently featured in The City Covington News on August 24th, 2020. The article, titled ‘iWorQ Apps: Easy Way to Request Fixes’ details how these citizens can easily report infrastructure issues such as clogged sewers, potholes, crumbling curbs, broken street lights, damaged signs, fallen trees, and more.
As residents become more familiar with how easy reporting issues can be through iWorQ’s application, it will greatly reduce the phone calls the city receives and helps to provide improved accuracy for each case or issue. Residents can be sure that their voice is heard and the information uploaded is received.
