April 12-18, 2020
iWorQ would like to recognize Public safety telecommunicators for all they do for our communities. This year the need has never been greater because of the Coronavirus-2019 crisis. These individuals have continued to work through this pandemic to ensure our safety.
NPSTW (National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week) has been held every year during the 2nd week of April since 1981 to honor public safety community of telecommunications personnel. Although they are commonplace today, the first emergency call was completed in Alabama just 50 years ago. Now Public safety telecommunicators and dispatchers are the hardworking individuals that connect us to our community in an emergency for medical, fire, and law enforcement.
iWorQ has developed software solutions that can help public safety officials streamline their work processes; these solutions include FEMA Reporting software, Code Enforcement Software, and our Citizen Engagement Portal Home. All of our applications are web-based and allow work to be completed on any device. These applications increase work efficiency with built-in management and tracking tools that enable workers to stay connected and complete work on the spot.
We recognize these individuals and ask that everyone join in thanking the men and women who work behind the scenes to dispatch and route our first responders and other personnel
