iWorQ Systems provides communication for its Customers (civic organizations, government agencies, or other entities) and their customers/constituents. By opting-in to receive text messages from iWorQ, you as the end user agree to the topics specified in the form or sign up message.
Possible topics may include:
-Status changes (permits, inspections, work orders, licenses, etc)
-Inspection schedule reminders
-Daily meeting schedules
-Account validation
When you opt-in to a notification service we will confirm the status of the phone number used and the phone number type.
To view contact information or to receive help, text ‘HELP’ at any time to receive communication information. (Message and data rates may apply.)
You may opt-out of all communication at any time by texting ‘STOP‘. You will receive a final message to confirm you have been unsubscribed.
By consenting to receive text messages from iWorQ on behalf of it's customers, you agree to any charge incurred from your cellphone provider for sending or receiving text messages. iWorQ provides its Customers (civic organizations, government agencies, or other entities) the tools and resources to collect the mobile phone numbers of their customers/constituents or other consumers on an opt-in basis using forms within the software.
When you subscribe to receive text alerts, we receive your phone number, the town, zip code, carrier, and state associated with your phone number, and your subscription preference. We will store this data for the sole purpose of sending you notifications. We may also collect and store the number of subscribers for statistical purposes.
At any time you may opt-out of receiving notifications by sending the SMS message ‘STOP‘. (Message and data rates may apply.)
This product is not intended for any users under the age of 18.
