The iWorQ sales team is responsible for selling iWorQ software applications to new clients. Each sales member is assigned a geographic area in the United States and Canada. The goal is to expand territory results by building and maintaining strong business relationships, and by developing and implementing sales strategies to demonstrate & show the value of software features and services.. The Business Development Representative is responsible for helping to grow our customer base by qualifying leads and making outbound calls to provide information and schedule demos for our sales team. The Sales Business Manager will be responsible to hit and reach goals set by the company. The goals and quotas will be set yearly and will change. Each year the company is expected to grow, and the quota and bonuses will be constantly changing. Sales Managers are expected to understand and fix sales gaps, sales slumps, and increase sales the sales performance of the team.
Bonuses are not guaranteed and are based on company goals and team performance.
